These are non-clinical, wellness-oriented sessions that combine traditional yoga postures with hands-on guidance to enhance alignment, breathing, and flexibility. I may assist clients into deeper versions of yoga poses, using props, verbal cues, and gentle physical adjustments. I also incorporate basic partner-assisted stretches drawn from yoga traditions such as Thai yoga and restorative yoga.
These sessions are educational, preventive, and supportive in nature. They do not include physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, medical diagnosis, or massage therapy. I operate strictly within the scope of practice as defined for yoga instructors and flexibility professionals.
