Yoga for Sleep

Personalized online support for sleep loss related to grief, anxiety, and aging:


Sleep loss rarely comes from just one place. Grief can leave the nervous system unsettled. Anxiety can keep the mind alert long after the body wants to rest. 


Aging can change how deeply and consistently we sleep, often bringing stiffness, pain, or early waking along with it.


My work is designed for people whose sleep has been disrupted by these layered experiences.


Through a custom online program combining yoga, meditation, and breathwork, I help you create the physical and internal conditions that allow sleep to return—gradually, safely, and sustainably.


 

How this work supports sleep:


Rather than pushing the body or forcing relaxation, we focus on regulation.


Your program is designed to:


  • Calm an overactive nervous system
  • Reduce physical tension that interferes with rest
  • Support emotional processing without overwhelm
  • Improve the body’s ability to settle at night
  • Build practices you can return to whenever sleep is disrupted


This is not a one‑size‑fits‑all routine. Each program is shaped around your body, your history, and the specific ways sleep has become difficult for you.



 

Grief, anxiety, and aging are not separate problems:


Grief and anxiety often show up first in sleep—racing thoughts, early waking, exhaustion, or restless nights. Aging can add physical stiffness, pain, or lighter sleep that makes rest feel unreliable.


In this work, these experiences are not treated as failures or conditions to be “fixed.” They are understood as natural human responses that affect the nervous system, breath, and body.


Your practices gently address all of these layers together.



 

What an online program with me includes:


  • Personalized yoga practices focused on down‑regulation and recovery
  • Breathwork to support nervous system balance and emotional settling
  • Guided meditation for nighttime and periods of wakefulness
  • Education to help you understand why sleep has changed
  • Ongoing support to adjust practices as your needs evolve


All sessions are accessible online and designed to fit into real life—not ideal conditions.
